I have attended a one week workshop designed by Shai Arbache for EDF. I must say that Shai has done an outstanding job. His methodology was clear, easy to follow and has been proven very effective. I have also been very impressed by his fast thinking ability combined with a true talent to synthesize and organize ideas of the people he works with.
